Privacy policy

This policy explains how LiveLah collects and uses information when you watch, sign in, comment, follow creators, use reminders or apply to become a creator.

Information we collect

Watching does not require an account. If you choose Telegram sign-in, we receive the Telegram profile fields you approve, such as your user ID, display name, username and profile photo. We also process comments, follows, notification preferences, moderation records, session cookies and basic device and usage analytics.

Creator applications

When you apply to become a creator, LiveLah may collect identity, contact, social-profile, experience, availability, technical setup and application-review information. We use this information to assess applications, contact applicants through their supplied WhatsApp number or Telegram username, arrange interviews or test streams, conduct onboarding and maintain recruitment records. Internal notes, ratings and compliance review information are restricted to authorised staff.

How information is used

We use information to operate secure sessions, deliver live comments and notifications, review creator applications, enforce community rules, prevent abuse, understand platform performance and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and a creator application does not add the applicant to a marketing list.

Service providers

Infrastructure may be provided by Supabase, Cloudflare Stream, Vercel, Telegram, Cloudflare Turnstile and Sentry. Each provider processes limited information needed to deliver its service.

Retention and deletion

Rejected or withdrawn creator applications are normally retained for up to 12 months. Approved application information needed for onboarding may become part of creator operational records. Profile uploads are deleted after the applicable retention period. You may request access, correction or deletion, subject to legitimate security, audit and legal retention needs.

Cookies and regional controls

Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect the service. Optional analytics will be subject to consent where required. Regional access controls may be applied to meet legal obligations, never to mislead users or platform reviewers.
